Create Case

  • Provide a short, descriptive title for your case. It should be specific enough to give an idea of the case’s content but concise enough to be easily read and understood.
  • Please upload the main image for your case; it will appear as the cover image in the case library. Accepted formats are JPEG or PNG, and dimensions of at least 1200 x 628 pixels.
  • Provide a one-paragraph summary of the case you are submitting.
  • Describe the patient’s history, symptoms, clinical examination and investigations findings. Include any relevant personal, social, or medical history that is important for understanding the case. You can also include the proposed treatment options I they are part of your case.
  • Diagnostic Materials
  • Create an open-ended question or a poll to your case.
  • Upload or reference any diagnostic images, lab results, or other materials that are crucial for understanding the case. All images attached to cases should be clear, relevant, and high-quality, supporting the educational content. Accepted formats are JPEG, PNG, and TIFF, with a minimum resolution of 300 dpi and dimensions of at least 1200 x 628 pixels. Images should not exceed 5 MB in size. Ensure all images are de-identified to maintain patient confidentiality. Ensure all images and documents are clear and labeled appropriately. Each image should add value and context without overwhelming the viewer. Please review all images for compliance with these guidelines before submission. Up to 8 images.
  • Before submitting, review all sections for accuracy and completeness. Once submitted, the case will be reviewed by our team for approval.
